SIMILAR PLAY APP STATS

Sometimes it works. Sometimes it doesn't. From a ui and ux design standpoint, this app is terrible. But I guess it gets the job done. Certainly not the worst think about Wells Fargo.

Is a very good app because it allows we need to take care of all my business without having to always wait matters but I always doing it on my computer at home.

The app is extremely laggy and often seems like it isn't working. That's because it usually is not. Depositing checks has been broken for ages and the whole process is cumbersome. I am truly unimpressed with the terrible ui ported from their iOS app.

Entering check amounts doesn't enter amount correctly. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars...

Worst customer service ever, including the "sorry" ass supervisor or whatever he is! Never again will I use the "check deposit" ever! I've gone to wells fargo atm in a parking lot and never had an issue, yet for my own "app" I'm told my funds won't be released till tuesday! The worst customer service! When I'm in desperate need and crying my eyes out. They don't even deserve any star.

When depositing a check th rough the app with my Samsung s8 phone, it immediately takes the picture even if it is blurry or not fully in frame. It does not matter what background I use and It takes me several minutes to finally get a picture that the app will accept. Not only does it take horribly pictures, when I enter the amount for how much the check is, it puts the numbers completely out of order as I type them. I have to manually move the curser after I enter the first number to the end, so that it will actually type the right number. Terrible app.

Can't log on I just got a new phone, and downloaded this app. It never sent me the code to validate my phone! So I deleted the stupid thing. Seems not only does the Wells Fargo backs suck, but the app as well!

Deposit Check with picture is a massive failure; only works about 5% of the time. You'll actually *save time* by going to a physical bank and giving your check to a teller. This is by far the worst banking app I've tried.

Depositing Checks It took over 47 tries to deposit a check. The camera does not focus on the check. Might as well deposit it in person. Very dissatisfied with the focusing feature on the camera when trying to deposit a check.

Wish the fingerprint scanner would work. It use to work then stopped. Please fix!

I love this app because it's fast and time saving and I can always track my expenses. About linking other accounts I have not explored that yet but I know it's possible. Thanks.

The mobile deposit is a treacherous beast that I have to fight every month because it wont upload pictures correctly and wont trouble shoot to figure out what is wrong. Huge disappointment because this is a critical function of the app.

This bank is a scammer and they're not responsible for my money at all. They said I have to use my debit card 10 times or I'll be charged with a $35.00 fee. Well, they took all my money from my social security, and I'm really fed up with this bank. I'm gonna get a different bank since I'm tired of losing my money from them. I'll get a different bank that's responsible to keep an eye on my money than this bank since they're a scammer and can't do anything about this. Never gonna be with them since this is my last month with them and I'll get a different bank so I won't use my debit card a lot and I can have some savings in my account. What a sorry bank we have right now. Google search Wells Fargo about them since they're bunch of scammers and all they want is money from us. I really can't handle them anymore and I completely lost my money from them for no reason since this overdraft protection with a $35.00 fee is a ripoff and I don't like this bank at all! I'm gonna uninstall this app once I close this bank and get a new bank that's responsible for my money and keep track my money since this bank is nothing but a scammer and that's all they want is money from us. What a horrible bank we have, BTW. Since they're not responsible for my money. Hmph! I'm giving a 1 star because this Wells Fargo bank is nothing but a ripoff bank that scammed me for my money. 😠😠😠

WF has come a long way, keeping up with customers needs and technology is awesome. I'm a customer of 14yrs and the customer service is outstanding. A great day to be with Wells Fargo. Congratulations to the WF TEAM!

Problems I have the s5 and it won't send the code for my phone and the app doesn't send it. The numbers right. And I keep resend ing the code so far nothing the past 2 weeks.

Easy to navigate and send funds. Only issue was receiving with ph# there was a delay not sure if from sender? Email works best

Tempermental. If I log in and then turn my phone sideways too quickly, my login info deletes and I have to do it again. Ugh.

I depend on this app to pay bills and love having it to do so. It can be difficult to get on once you've been suspended as I once again learned today after changing my password many times and still being suspended. Finally realized that my username might be wrong, which turned out to be the case. It would have been helpful if the app told me wrong user name instead of repeatedly telling me to change my password after I had so many times. Security reasons maybe, I dunno.

i have installed this app three times. it will not let me deposit checks, because it is impossible to put the amount in. when you tap "8" it puts in a ".01." it's bizarre and completely unusable.

Thus far I love the app. The only problem I've encountered is getting the text option to work properly but I'm sure it's operator error 😂

Internet Connectivity Error Keeps giving me an internet connectivity error message. I can't log on. Good job Wells. Keep up the awesome work.

We've been using this app for a long time and haven't ever had problems with it. They do change formats sometimes which can be a little confusing but for the most part I'm very satisfied

The app doesn't waste my time. I see what I need very quickly. Thumps up wells Fargo. I even made my family members open WF accounts

I don't give 5 starts just because it take forever to post transactions it stay on pending too long! It's a great app though

I think it's great, saves so much time and expenses. The only issue I have is that I am trying to set up direct deposit and I can only find the last 4 numbers of my account.

Need to work on mobile deposits. I have tried several times to make necessary adjustments and it ALWAYS tells me to retake the photos. Other than that it's decent.

The app is nice. Just signed on with WF today. Very nice people. The app though, does not have a very clean UI. It looks a bit outdated and it's not as polished or professional

Easy to use, I pay my bills on line at the first of the month and know how much I can save, how much I can spend. Although I haven't been able to get Zellas to work yet, I'm sure that will come online eventually. I love my wells app.

Won't allow other amount payments to their own credit cards. This is the most useless app ever. No functionally by a company that attempts to boast their technologically advanced banking system. What a waste.

App is Now Crapp Used to work. Now when you attempt to launch camera through all to take pictures of check for deposit, the camera won't launch on HTC M9. Currently useless for deposits.

Why? I swear every time they do an update to this app, mobile deposit quits working & you have to wait for weeks for them to fix it. Then works great till they do another flipping update(which they do frequently) and it starts all over again. Makes me crazy.

Sign on and save username tab is unresponsive Can't sign on or check save username. I'd like to view my bank statements from the app. Please fix

I am unable to log into the app using my finger print on a galaxy s8. I used to be able to do this now I can only log in typing out credentials which is not as convenient.

I hate it when you owe a account it doesn't let you do a payment plan

I think the app made it hard for me to do what I wanted through my bank by being an unnecessary third party I needed an expensive phone and internet access.

This app has terrible response time to the wallet option. It was constantly not allowing me to use this option the one time i needed. "Temporary unavailable" and "unable to open" so thats disappointing.

Was great until new update, now the app will open and instantly close. I can't do anything on it, needs to be fixed

Wells Fargo wallet, can't find it and neither can tech support. Garbage.
