    I would be lost without this app. I love shopping at Sam's but we don't have one where I live now so having this app allows me to shop at my favorite store. Shipping is fast and it saves me a trip of about 70 miles.

    The app is user friendly, has free shipping sometimes but not always, glad can use to shop for certain products makes it easier for for running errands. Should provide free shipping after spending certain amount.

    Went to pick up order had to wait 25 minutes just to pick up my order.Would be faster if I hand picked up my stuff and went to register Sams club on power inn sucks do does the customer service.

    The new easy order feature is great in theory but poorly designed. Items were removed due to not in stock however they were available in store. Frustrating and slow process.

    Merchandise does not equate to what it claims is in the store. Countless times I've bought the same thing with false info. Resulting in havi ng to return what was ordered.

    Pretty simple The online checkout is okay if your store does it. The one in Rocky Mount, NC apparently doesn't have anyone to do it on the weekends.

    This app makes shopping so much easier. I can't stand for long periods and with this app my shopping is done for me and all I have to do is pay and pick up. You can pay for your shopping however, I would rather pay in store.

    I liked using it for the instant savings but it is always wrong. Offers are blank, no quantity and right now it states over 150 offers but I can only read 10 of them. Really frustrating.
