    Picture-In-Picture feature isn't available. This is something I depend on to listen to shows and movies while working or multitasking in some fashion. App also has ads...why? Increase your streaming price and eliminate the ads. It's common sense. Poor business model. People don't want ads when they're subscribed to a streaming service. Period. Thank goodness I'm only in the free trial period of this excursion. I won't be renewing - discovered too many potholes. I'll be taking a different route.

    I'm rating this App 1 star because the App is constantly crashing even when not in use. Only reason I downloaded this was to use the free one month trial and give a test drive. Unfortunately, this is not for me and I do not like it, therefore, I'm uninstalling it now. Developer needs to fix bugs for their members. Great movie selection though and easy to understand.

    Offline you can't watch anything you have downloaded. What's the point then? Even online is a struggle to watch anything stays loading or just a black screen.

    FFS! Why is this app *still* broken?? I have been unable to log in on the app for more than a month! I tap the Log In button, then select my cable provider (ATTUverse), then the log-in pop-up disappears, and nothing happens! We're also having trouble logging in on your website. Why are we paying for a service we can not use?!? 😡

    Absolutely terrible app. Poor features hard to use. Keeps disconnecting my device so I constantly have to log back in and activate my account. With as much money showtime makes off of us you think they could get a simple streaming app to work. If I could rate negative stars this would get them

    Constantly runs in background when I'm not even using it so it's a real battery drain. So much so, I've had to just uninstall & reinstall if I want to use it on my phone at all. 👎👎

    Just downloaded and I'm so disappointed that the app doesn't seem to allowing me to stream on my Chromecast device. The screen acts like it's loading, and the circle just keeps spinning, no matter how long I wait.

    I've been having problems with the app with it saying that it is having problems running so I need to close the app, but the app isn't running and it is already closed when it says that. Y'all need to update this app and fix the issues with it. Especially since people are paying for this apps service.

    Cancellation of subscription is hard to do when it keeps giving you the run around. It said I subscribed through google play but I don't see anything about when trial ends or where the payment would actually come from.

    I am being double charged every month for my show time subscription. Show time is charging me a monthly fee and google showtime is as well. No it is not the same charge because one is 11.99 and the other is 14.99.

    Poorly Designed and Buggy. There's no fast forward button. Things can be added to your 'list' but it's only episodes you've already seen so to get back to a show you want, you need to look it up anyway. I get playback errors where the subtitles get mixed & the pause function stops working or it'll play at the wrong time it's displayed. When Im away from the app Ill constantly get popups saying app crashed, prompting me to close even if i have, im talking at least once every minute for a while.

    The same goes for this really needs to know that is just going to consume our whole phone and then we can't use it for nothing else somewhere else so what we need to do is find out how can we watch it without it going good either that I did it wrong and please send me some more information I would appreciate it I think the information is lacking a lot of face so I'm willing to try again

    Plays commercial but not content, very disappointing app - terrible interface, not easy to scroll through library, skipping ahead not an easy option, an ad before every watch, content errors just seconds into watching even live streaming stops playing. Downloads often don't play. Save your money and yourself the headache. Skip this mess of a platform.

    This is one of the worst video streaming apps available. It is poorly designed for user experience. Many actions require significantly more effort than necessary. Here is a list of my problems: -Before watching any episode, I am forced to watch advertising for a Showtime program. -There is no skip intro button. If I'm on a binge, I don't need to see 2 minutes of what previously happened. -There is no fast forward button. Often times, when I close out of the app, it plays from the beginning again. Even if I try to get to where I thought I was, it would be useful to skip 30 seconds. -The app doesn't do a good job of remembering where you were if you close out abruptly. -The app opens up the current season of a show by default. If you're starting from the beginning, it can spoil storylines. -The mobile app does not display recently watched content on the homepage. You have to search by show (and also get directed to the latest season) to find what you're looking for. After I finish Ray Donovan, I'm cancelling this service until the app is better designed for its users.
