    Great app and amazing service. Had a hiccup where the app always crashed upon opening, but Sling's customer service had it figured out in minutes. Absolutely amazing service and can't say enough good things.

    I signed up because I'm a football fan and they advertised that you get NFL Network and NFL RedZone on there blue package well today is the start of the season I log on to watch RedZone and all of a sudden RedZone is gone so I call them and they say that its not part of the package and that I would have to pay extra for it now

    I just subscribed to my 7 day free trial and got my channel list made . I haven't yet actually watched a show quite yet , but sure am going to very soon ... I'll update after ... But, so far I am impressed ... Can't wait

    This app is complete garbage. If you're planning to use it for channels like accNetwork or smaller channels like that, then don't bother. Major network channels such as abc/nbc/cbs work okay, but outside of those, you'll be stuck with continuous buffering, force closures and channel freezes. I rated it a 1 because 1.5 was available

    Tried free trial and first day was great. Second day it kept buffering and the rest of free trail, it wouldn't let me watch anything. Cancelled!!!

    Blue package includes FS1 but Big Ten home football games on FS1 are blocked. No prior notification, no refund.

    It's a great concept but has a few issues. Cheap TV with no contract is great. Has a few issues with the app not showing some channels some times and with loading at other times. Biggest issue I have is paying for a certain amount of channels then they take some channels away from you and make it into an add on package to get more money from you when you already had that channel. Really low, dirty, and just greedy of sling.

    It works for me because we have very high speed internet. Wish that there was more content and current shows and less repetition. Enjoyed the Game Show channel, but it disappeared after a few weeks. Wish there was less sports and more current movies.

    I've been using sling for years. I actually got my family on it too. Its very convenient to travel with. My brother uses it in his RV as well. All around great service...i just hate that they habe increased their prices.

    You pay for filler channels that dont have any content. The xbox app is horrible the fact that you have to pay 30 bucks for channels you dont watch is ridiculous and I mean like 80% of the channels. For 30 bucks a month you should be allowed to pick channels. On top of that I live in the southwest and have the sports package and cant watch games broadcast on ESPN in the sw how does that even work?might as well stream the games online for free! Will not be renewing my subscription.

    It needs sub-accounts added so that multiple people can have their own favorite channels/shows. Also, please add fox, NBC (for more hockey), and ABC (college football sometimes).

    So far I haven't had any issues I've been watching for about 2 hours switching between channels had no buffering loaded fine and I even turned my phone off mid show and it resumed right where I left off. Will update if I have issues, running on tmobiles lte network in a rural area with only 1 tower

    Customer service is horrible. They let someone fraudulently open account with my card and once I called them and let them know they steady kept the money and they didn't try to cancel the account and they didn't try to refund her do anything they just kept telling me that they're going to keep the money and they are not going to do anything I have to contact the bank they have horrible customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor exclude supervisor won't let me speak to his boss everybody so call goes by first name you can't get an ID number or anything they're very fraudulent

    I'm a little frustrated I can't figure out how to watch live sports on sling. I have added the sports extra and anything sports and I still can't watch live games. I would rate better but super frustrated.

    The sound is terrible. I have to always have the remote on hand to turn down the commercials. They're ridiculously loud. Ugh! So frustrating!

    Love it!! As a former Verizon Fios customer I had been set in my ways but was furious w how they get adding fees constantly. Haven't regretted leaving Verizon once. I still have the premium channels and networks I WANT, (removed the networks i never watched), and was able to add some premium channels I couldn't afford on Verizon. They have the latest on-demand movies to purchase as well. Also they have some cool newer channels that are included in their basic packages that are more about fitness, yoga routines, and Newsy. Saves me so much money! I went from paying $180/a mo to $60.😊 Streaming has improved a lot in the year since I've joined. Always plays correctly on your tablet. Sometimes slow when casting to my Chromecast, but usually very easily fixed by disconnecting for a moment, then reconnecting back to my Chromecast. Well worth the savings. No regrets. 👑

    This Sling service never ran perfectly, but worked for the most part. Now I cannot even get the app to stay open without crashing non stop. I expect a refund or a complaint on its way to the BBB. Hope to have a expedited response with some clarity and resolution. Kindly thanks.

    Great app channels load fine and only 25 a month for some great channels like cartoon network and comedy central I get like 28 channels I love it for the price not to many ads either I don't get all the bad reviews really

    Hire real developers. It's embarrassing that a company this big will publish an app like this. Worst I have ever used. Can't skip forward or backward on any on demand content, continually get told I'm using too many devices when it's just one, and casting crashes often.
