Description

Displays Google Navigation instructions from the phone on your Samsung watch. Great for driving, cycling and public transport.
Features autostart with navigation, voice output, customizable vibration, 102 languages, options for themes, speedometer and much more!
It requires the free companion app "Navigation Pro" from Samsung Galaxy Apps.

How to use:
- Install Samsung Gear and connect with your Gear smartwatch.
- Install this "Navigation Pro" app on your watch.
- Install "Navigation Pro" app from Google Play on your phone.
- Start "Navigation Pro" app on your phone.
- Allow the app to read notifications. (Go to: Settings > Security > Notification Access and enable Navigation Pro).
- Start Google Maps Navigation and instructions will be pushed to your smartwatch.

Troubleshooting
- Ensure your Gear watch is connected to Phone and you have "Galaxy Wearable" installed.
- If the app still only shows the "Ready" message, please ensure that maps notifications are activated and displayed on your phone (Go to: Settings > Apps > Maps and enable "Show notifications").
- Restart smartphone AND Gear watch
- Uninstall from phone, restart phone and reinstall the app
- If you have a Xiaomi phone, go to Security -> Permissions -> Autostart and activate "Gear Navigation"

The Wear OS app is not standalone and requires phone interaction in order to function.

Compatible with all Galaxy Watch models, Gear S2 / S3 / Sport, Gear 1, Gear 2, Gear S.

    Works as advertised. It's there to help you on bike and all, better than always taking your phone out and looking at it. Also safety for phone as it is well placed in your pocket or backpack.

    Everytime I start the app on my phone and the watch, about 10 seconds later the watch says connection lost reconnecting but it never connects back.

    I seem to be having the same Notification issue. I have uninstalled the app on both my phone and on the watch and reinstalled, and turned my watch and phone of between uninstall and reinstall, my watch states "start a Google maps navigation" and I have ticked the notifications allowed slider and still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    One way this app can be improved is by having where you can zoom out to show where the location of the building or the house. Sometimes it's hard know where to go when it's a services Road or highway.

    It works properly but it doesn't have a map like gear navigator, and it is so exhausting going out with bike ecpecially because you have often to check your phone fpr the right way. It's ok for the car or on foot but not good for bike.

    Great companion app. I don't even have to have my phone out, which causes me to be a lot safer driving with GPS day after day. Highly Recommended!!

    First I thought the app was garbage cause I thought the phone's screen would have to be on... than I found out it works as long you are not using power saving... the app should make clear instructions... and it would have better reviews...

    Exactly was I was looking for, shows your navigation steps on your watch so you don't have to keep glancing off. Nice vibration feature once you get used to it as well. We'll worth the price.

    Please refund my money. I bought this app day before yesterday and it has not worked since then. It just doesn't refresh the map on watch and ultimately I hav my samsung galaxy watch 3

    Works great, very snappy with my S7 and Gear Sport, however when I cycle and have workout "cycling" selected it often changes display to WORKOUT instead of showing me directions at all times. Please look into it devs or enlighten me how to set it up.

    I love the idea and the app and that's not to say I din't have any problems, I did and the support was excellent. Most problems around this app is because of the android ecosystem and not the app itself. Just make sure battery optimisation is off for the app and you are good. Except for one time I din't have any problem so far. I use one plus and galaxy watch. I had to switch off some advance optimisation too for it to work.

    This app open well but after 1 minute of navigation it stops in watch and display connection lost and searching for connection. Every time it display same then again and again i have to exit from the app on both phone and watch then again start the navigation but again after 1 mint of traveling it shows the same.

    I really like the idea of this app, and I can deal with the watchface always being on. But I've encountered a bug where the instructions on the watch won't update unless the phone screen is on. And if I turn the phone screen off, it completely exits my navigation on Google Maps. If this is fixed, the app would be a definite recommend

    Used on a scooter it's completely useless since it syncs with Google map on the phone with 10 seconds delay or more, therefore not providing "live" indications on where you have to turn :(

    Ok app for driving but needs show future turns on route. Turn the bezel clockwise to get the next few steps then all the way back the other way to go to current step.

    Does not work on Samsung Active 2 watch. Does not pick up well from the mobile phone. App opens on the watch and then gets stuck. Asked for a refund.

    Never got past second screen it told you to allow permissions. I get a screen that lists a bunch of apps that I certainly would not allow access to because they have nothing to do with navigation. Google Maps was not one of the apps listed. No instruction what I am supposed to allow which I assumed was Google maps which is installed and updated on both my Samsung 20 fe phone and Samsung Galaxy 4 smartwatch. I verified they existed and were updated on both.
