    So upset I can't watch videos!! Just got my new phone (samsung galaxy 6 active ) and can't watch videos on my favorite app!!! It skips and freezes the videos please fix!! Seems like this is an issue for this phone!

    Errors When I try snapping someone the application stops and it says " Snapcchat stopped working" and its getting annoying can you fix this please. Not only that other snapchatters cnt view my videos, they say that its blank and they are complaining so fix this as well.

    The videos on the discover page won't load at all and it's irritating because some things are interesting but what's the point if I can't see them ! I updated it and thought they'd load but still nothing ! And still can't use filters on videos

    Almost perfect I enjoy Snapchat as much as anyone else, though I find snapcash pointless and stupid, but my main problem is that if I have Snapchat open, my screen will not time out after so many seconds like any other apps. And it drains my battery like crazy on my G3. It never used to do this till a few updates ago. If this was fixed, it would pretty much be perfect.

    Snapchat won't open! Galaxy S5 Galaxy S5!! I was using snapchat just the same as I always do and guess what, it freezes up! I close it, try to access it again and it sits there and eventually says snapchat not responding! I Uninstalled the app a few times and each turning out the same way, just a froze main screen with the yellow and the little ghost guy! I was communicating to a dear friend, and now, nothing! Booooooo.

    HTC Desire I love the app! I basically use it everyday, the only thing I don't like is that I can not record a video snap with my music playing when my headphones are on. I can when they are off, but not when they are plugged in and I'm listening. Can you guys do something about that? Other than that I love the app!

    Needs to be improved a lot Make it possible for HTC phones to screenshot, because currently they still can't (which is why people download 3rd party apps) and make it so you can block live feeds because the live feeds and stupid "discover" section are pointless. I could care less about what's going on on those. Especially since they are now stuck on the viewing page they're just an eyesore. At least before they were hidden on another page and live feeds could be blocked

    can't record a video chat my phone is lenovo s850. my snapchat can't make a video chat. actually, it just for 3-4secs when you see it in my story. when you record more than 4secs, the video broken. i meant, when you see your vid in my story, you still can see the video but with the error view. there's another colour there. and it happens in every lenovo s850 type i think. please fix it :(((

    Emojis I like the new update with Emojis but to make it EVEN better u should but Emojis in the chat where u don't have to send a pic other than that awesome great app! :)

    Every month I have to redownload this app. Half of the time my snaps don't send, or when people open them it goes black and won't let them view it. I'm really fed up.

    Login problem Logged out to let my friend log in, abs he couldn't and now neither can I! :( very disappointed, went to check about steps on resovling issue and everything is fine! Google app is fine, clock up to date. Cant believe I cant even log in. I used to love this app, but a bug like this that prevents me from even using it is unacceptable. Hate that I have to get rid of this app and WARN others not to log out. :(

    The app is great... Just stop adding The app itself is a great app. I use it all the time. But it keeps adding new things. For example the "discover" I don't think I know one person that uses that feature. Now that you can't hide them you are forced to look at them. If you make a option to remove discover or even go back to previous updates, I'll upgrade my review.

    Worse I don't understand why I keep trying to contact you guys and no one will respond. This is the most frustrating application that I have on my phone. I definitely do not plan on keeping this application. Thanks for the help...

    PLEASE IMPROVE VIDEO ON LG G4 On the G4, the front facing camera seems to be going smoothly, Photos and videos included, but videos on the back camera are so jittery and slow. Please fix! I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one with this problem

    Video lagging when recoding. Please fix bug; when I recording with front camera the playback is lagging, very little ffs. Looks like a dodgy quality skype call. No problem when recording with back camera or using any other apps.

    I phone has more features not fair Not fair that android users dont have enough features like I phone like the switching cameras while recording not everybody has I phone but other then that is all good just try to think about us πŸ‘βœŒ

    Why must we suffer? Why do quality android phones have to suffer because other androids aren't able to keep up with the newer features? I would like to be able to double tap to switch screens and get a night mode and be able to record music using an auxiliary cord without 3 seconds of silence or sound distortion when I play from my phone speakers, just like the iphone! !

    Okay but some problems My main concern is that it sometimes randomly deletes my snapchats that I still haven't opened. And another thing that would be nice on the android is the double tap feature while recording which switches the screen.

    We don't have the full features like I phones I got HTC m8 and I can't add effects to the videos after the last update, and I don't have the whole list for the stickers, please fix that issues.

    Everything works okay but when itry recording on my front camera with the flash on it turns dark even if ihave my brightness all the way up on my phone can yu guys fix tht or hw do iget rid of it myself??

    used to love it. its the most glitchiest app I have in my phone. the recording sucks and it keeps saying it can't connect to the server when I have excellent WiFi. it has been like this for a very long time, and they never bothered to fix it. uninstalling.

    Ugh Everything's good, except the recorder. Now it flips my video and doesnt allow me to put filters on them. And please.. DOUBLE TAP OPTION FOR ANDROIDS. Everything was cool on my LG G3 until this update.

    One major frustration I love this app. HOWEVER- on my Moto X (Android), videos will no longer work. Both front and rear camera videos become a bizzare color to the viewer and are split and mismatched. It looks straight out of a horror movie. But seriously, fix it. As soon as I see the bug fix itself, I'll change my review to 5 stars. Because this app is pretty fab.

    I've not been able to send/receive snaps or any form of media...Broke my 180 days streak.. This is disappointing. I cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, rebooted my phone as well... I use a OnePlus... Do something

    Wtf keeps skipping. Keeps skipping I have a s6 active. And when I play stories they skip and don't play thru. Please fix or I'm deleting this app. Will re rate after fixed update.

    Doesn't work at all for androids Update completely ruined snapchat, can't load any stories, doesn't let me even view my own story or who looked at it and doesn't let me update to my story either a message saying error pops up when i try doing anything making it pointless to even have, definitely going to lose a lot of customers due to this, fix it.

    Hate your app Your app has bestowed a great deal of distrust for me into my girlfriend. Not only has it been skipping over my friends' snapchats, but earlier snapchat decided to say i screenshotted something when i didn't. There was no picture in my gallery, just a notification that i had screenshotted when I didn't. Find this bug and fix it before it happens to even more people.

    So many bugs can't send messages to the person sometimes.. it's very irritating lags and bugs are still there even after the update
