Boarding Pass on the Go
Get mobile boarding passes for all passengers on your trip 24 hours in advance. Southwest passes have rich color and bold font, which makes seeing your Gate and Boarding Position very clear. Find the details you need quickly: Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Boarding Time, Tier Status, and TSA Pre-Check. Don’t forget to add your Mobile Boarding Passes to Google Pay!

Travel Funds
You can now use Flight Credits, Southwest LUV Vouchers and Gift Cards when changing your flight in the app. Your unused Southwest® Flight Credits show up automatically when you tap ‘View Funds’ within ‘My Account’.

    Great company but awful/slow/buggy app Your app is terrible. Super slow, never remembers me and I always have to login. Times out. Have to restart app all the time. Just so buggy and old looking. Please revise and bring it up to times too.

    When I try to check in the page I get after entering the conf # and my name is all messed up and does not show the check in button to finalize the check in. I ended up with a late C number because it didnt work!!!

    Why does it constantly forget who i am? App has a lot of functionality but its constantly making me re-login. I have to keep digging up my ff number and re-input. Frustrating!

    But consistent It keeps logging me out. This it annoying when I'm trying to use the app to check in. It never seems tickets the way I request; I never receive emailed tickets (but I do get all the spammy emails). If i select mobile boarding pass, it can decide at the last minute to make them disappear and tells me to go to the counter and get a printed ticket. What's the point!

    Trying to enroll, the date of birth field doesn't let you type, it just shows you the calendar year of 1970 and God help you if you weren't born in 1970. The year doesn't change no matter how many January's you scroll past.

    Easy, needs a bit more detail on some screens. Recapping is easy to use, but sometimes I need just a bit more info. Today I was traveling to Chicago by way of Columbus with no plane change, and it was more difficult then I thought it should have been to find the flight times from original destination to "pit stop." Also, I hate having to mobile sign in with my member number.

    If you can't use this for your boarding pass it's basically worthless. Yes getting flight updates & checking in are good, but if you have to stand in line for a boarding pass or screws up your whole timeline. I've not had to deal with this with other airlines. Southwest needs to step up its game.

    Unreliable I travel roundtrip weekly on Southwest and rely on this retarded app. There's way too many nagging problems. For one, I have to log back in quite often, it often does not save my login info. Frequent blank screens. Info to check-in for a flight is never available to you on the same screen when you need it most. Pretty nice info when it's working well, but lacks certain info such as unused tickets (maybe they're hiding this). Just not built for the frequent traveler.

    App buggy agree with all of those talking about functionality within the app. Lately, every time go to hit the search function after entering all my information it bounces being back out to my phone apps as if I never entered anything and chose to exit. It's completely unusable right now.

    Logs off if bad connection Continue to be plagued with app not remembering me if in a poor service area. Where is this info stored? Why do I have to rekey all this in? Otherwise a decent app.

    Can't login in again after creating account Keep getting "The Username/Account Number and/or Password are incorrect." error message. It let me create a new account and log in yesterday but now I can't log back in. Also app is clunky and cheap looking

    The "time to check in" notification has stopped working which is a HUGE inconvenience since southwest doesn't have assigned seats and does line order by how quickly you check in. Please fix ASAP.

    If I move off the APP screen to check a text I have to start all over with my selection. This was not pleasant as I needed to go back and forth to get info from a text. Ended up having to write info down then go back to SW APP.
