    The app works on and off, and takes forever to load if it even loads

    With this new update none of my recent purchases show up so I can't keep track of my spending. I can't even tell if my card was hacked online since they've taken away pending transactions too. The last known thing I purchased that shows up on the app was on September 25th, when I used it way recently. Please fix this issue soon since it was perfect before the new update.

    You trying to let frauds take our money? Why would you disable the use of card control extremely dumb this update was not thought out at all.

    App exiting to logging screen After the recent update upon trying to go into account details it would log you out. This can be solved by uninstalling the app and reinstalling making sure to remove the cert. It's a caching issue. Like so others can see.

    Some update... The latest update was supposed to fix some bugs all it did was make it impossible to view account history or anything else on the app with out being kicked out of the app.

    It's great but.... I keep getting an error every time I try to use the mobile deposit.....not sure why? I've tried restarting my device and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but nothing worked. Other than that I love the app.

    App loads slow and... I have a Samsung Galaxy 7 and when I try yo log in it takes over 20 seconds to get to my account overview and when I tap on my account history. It logs me out Again, I'm about to Uninstall this app. I'll give it one more chance. Please put the app back before the update!!!

    STCU is very responsive to solving app issues. Alerts also need to be in app - I would rather not get SMS or email messages. Uninstalling the old Card Controls app may have solved issues. Had to call STCU to get new alert system working properly. App is heading in right direction but needs more work and features.

    Latest update I have used this app for two yrs absolutely loved it and loved it even more with the pin login but this latest update won't allow me to go anywhere from the home page. I'm not happy at all I haven't been able to do my mobile bill pays or see any of my transactions.

    Usually love the app Since last update I can't access my account. I can log in but as soon as I try to view account details it kicks back into my login screen. Very irritating. Hope it gets fixed soon because my phone banking is my go to. Can't do much without it. Very sad it isn't working.

    Was a great App until last update! Cannot access any features, other than account balance. I get a pop up window stating "there was a problem, try again later." Need to transfer money and pay bills but cannot. Been like this for over a week now.

    I agree with others I usually love this app but since the last update I have yet to get anything other then account balance to come up. I have delayed depositing my paycheck four days because it isn't working and I don't have easy access to a bank where we live

    Good app for what it is. Would be nice to have a fingerprint reader login for quicker access. The pin login is a little quicker than the password, but I'm sure that fingerprint would be even better.

    Nice Update! Still needs some Material Design, but nice work. Another thing. I know purple is your guy's thing, but maybe a light theme in, at least, the side menu would look better.

    Slow Even with a galaxy s5 and note 3 and nexus 7.. this is a slow cumbersome app. It needs a redesigned UI. Hope they listen.

    Wish I Could transfer my own money from account to account from the app without being charged $5 it so much easier to do things from the app rather than calling in or waiting in line at the bank just to transfer some money Definitely would have been a 5 star if I could do this

    Oops Usually this a great app and I don't have any problems with it, so usually I'd say it was all 5 stars. After the last update though, every time you try and take any action (trying to loo at account details, or anything that would take you away from the home page) it kicks you out to the log in screen. Can't do anything with it, so it's a bricked app.

    New update.... The newest update screwed it up. It won't allow me to do anything other than sign in. When I go to tap on checking it will sign me out.
