    A few updates ago this app really stopped working. It takes between 5 and 10 attempts to be able to use it all when you switch from online to offline mode or viceversa. Really annoying, especially if you consider that you need to pay in order to even use offline mode.

    Fix the sync issue with Chromecast. Whenever I connect to my Wi-Fi when I get home I have to force close the app several times before it picks up the Chromecast. That is still an issue. It's a little better but I have to force close the app. Also is there a limit to how big your playlist is and how it will stream continuously w/o shuffle on? I have a playlist w/ 165. It will play about halfway through and stop. After that I have to manually que everything😐.

    Would be nice if the app followed the PC version. Shuffle play is annoying, and limited skips usually makes me move to another music streaming service. Why have such different services across the platforms?

    Been signed up for premium ($9.99/month) for over 3 years... This garbage app HAS NEVER, EVER WORKED PROPERLY... When it isn't crashing my phone several times a day, it's completely unresponsive to commands & searches. I have complained about this app since Day 1, & seen NO update(s) to fix all the problems... So I'm getting an iPhone & switching to Apple Music. (Spotify has taught me the meaning of futility...)

    It's a great app, but I've been having massive issues with battery life. Turns out after troubleshooting my phone, spotify was the culprit. Sort this out and you'll have 5 stars.

    Totally awesome therapy.I have had PTSD sincr 2002 due to trama. Music therapy gets me through eveyday & triggers! Highly recommend. Try,you will Not be disappointed.🐾🐈🌝😞🐞

    I think the app is cool because it's the only.music app that has my favourite band on it, but I'm only a 17 year old kid and I can't afford €10 a month for a music app. And the new album if my band is coming out soon and I won't be able to listen to the properly because this app is so unbelievably expensive and basically useless if you don't have premium...

    I have a premium membership and enjoy the almost unlimited selection of music. Unfortunately, the app, even through many updates feels clunky and seems I have to hit way too many buttons to make what I want to happen, happen. This is really the only media I pay for and will continue to but I always have my fingers crossed that the next update will solve my issues with it. Update: They took away the ability to control music from a locked home screen -1 star

    800 times better than Pandora I was an avid Pandora sponsor until they completely disregarded customer opinion so far using Spotify I can rewind songs and select a specific song that I want to hear and make epic playlist so in my opinion great app 100% recommend to all my friends

    Why doesn't Spotify have instant plug and play when aux is connected? Why doesn't the Spotify widget stay active 24/7? These things are bread and butter for a music player, it's what I loved about Poweramp. Takes so long to get things started when you have to open the app wait for the app to load and press play to play something instead of just plugging an aux in and music will start playing

    One of the premium features for Spotify is offline listening, and since I pay for premium I expect for my music that I save and download is able to be listened to offline. Instead half of my music library is unable to be played and I have to redownload it once again. If you are going to charge me $15 to use premium, I expect that I get what I have paid for.

    Best music app I've used. No flaws. Other apps sometimes skip songs, or freeze periodically. Spotify works great and only app that actually still loads songs on slow speed data connections.

    There is a stutter that happens occasionally that makes listening to music on this app annoying and frustrating. I would rate it higher, but paying $10 a month for something that doesn't always work as intended isn't worth a higher rating.

    Have had premium for years and it works great the only problem is Spotify connect where I can't listen the same time anyone else on my account is, yet a quick way around this is if you have songs downloaded, simply switch to air plane mode or turn data off for Spotify

    Bandwidth consumer! Spotify as a service consumes around 10 Mbps, Premium's actual song quality streams with 320 kbps. Now, paying for a 24 Mbps line which in reality gives 18 Mbps, a few Minecraft players on that and other players apps malfunctioning.. fiber 250 Mbps on the wishlist!

    Great service mostly good app. Things have gotten a little more complicated when it comes to sorting your playlist and saved albums. Outside of that I still enjoy it more than the other guys.

    Uses data constantly, even though the option for cellular is off! I suspect it's dow loading the album artwork over and over again,because it constantly disappears and reappears when skipping songs. Also, has gotten really laggy and buggy lately!

    I have been a Premium User for quite a long time, the shuffle playlist has been broken for so long and i seem to see Nothing fixed or even looked into. it decides to shuffle but only plays very very little songs and it only will repeat those songs and play no others. it has gotten so much worse in the past updates and all others have either complained or just stopped the subscription then deleted the app. it happens with Windows/Android as far as I know and we see No Fix. This is no way to Develop an app that charges $9.99 for Premium. Not to mention i pay for the Family Plan, which makes it all the worse. Please get it together Spotify and look into the shuffle bug that makes very few songs shuffle and then only those few repeat. I don't want to cancel my Subscription but if this keeps up I will have no choice

    Love Spotify! Happy to pay the £9.99 a month to listen to all the music I want, even downloading it to listen to while walking to work. Discovered extreme music quality streaming and downloads as well and omg listening with my headphones in I'm hearing it like never before.

    It used to be good when I used it before but I deleted it since then. Now when I try to set up a new account it says email already in use for every account I try even though I made those accounts after I deleted Spotify. I also can't login through Facebook cos after I do lines of code come up on the screen and it puts me back to the sign up screen. Please fix or help

    Since the last 2 updates, after every music spotify stop playing the current song and then crashes. I will quit premium if this continues, please fix it, i've send bug reports

    Honestly Spotify, why is your app so horrendously slow when reading from an SDcard. This is not a problem in other music apps and it shouldn't be for yours. Fix it!

    Stop suggesting me songs, in profile you should make it so people can choose to suggest songs or not. I can't even listen to my own music anymore

    When I want to play music it just plays a completely different song that isn't even on my play list and when I hit shuffle play it keeps playing that song when I restart the app it goes to an additional and then plays another different song that isn't on my play list and that keeps happening over and over please fix. P.S. What's the point in having a music app if u can't play what u want.

    Great Selection of Music I love the app. It makes listening to music so easy. I wish the Android app would match the apple app in features and feel but it's still amazing. One feature that definitely needs improvement is the add to queue feature. I constantly find myself hitting the scroll bar instead.

    instant music At times the music will just stop playing. The song stops progressing but it doesn't pause or stop . If I restart the song it plays but stops at the same spot in the song. I don't know what to do I uninstalled and reinstalled the software but nothing. But it only happens on my note 4. Other than not being able to use premium on my phone cause of the spotty software, the idea of this app is great, just has its bugs. Sometimes Spotify makes me wanna throw my phone.. Please Spotify fix this!

    New update WRONG!!! Samsung S4 mini. Seems something goes wrong with the last updates on Androids. All good with this app SINCE the last updates! DO YOU WANNA LOSE YOUR PREMIUM CUSTOMERS ?? Since last updated doesn't let me log in ! I press the Facebook log in and a message appears said that there's already an acount with this email. I AM TRYING TO LOG IN... NOT SIGN UP!!! PLEASE FIX IT!

    Canada version blows Im tired of seeing Quebec and french playlists on my top feeds. Almost feels like a stereotype, I don't like that crap.

    Best music app It's really simple and easy to use. I don't use premium but I still enjoy it very much. It has a nice way to organize your favorites and it's just awesome. I love Spotify. But the recent update deleted all of my saved songs. I'm devastated.

    Wow Do u wish u could have itunes for free? well u can. all u have 2 do is download this app.it works kinda like Itunes but way easier for elderly people. There r some adds but all r ok for infants even. The adds come on every 10th song or so.i totally recomend it.

    Best music app but.. When i go to an artist it doesn't show alll their music anymore, only the popular songs they made. I like to see all their music so i can listen to more then just their hits because not everyone thinks there hit was a hit.

    Updates are destroying this app Used to be a good app but ever since they've started all these updates I get random freezes and songs stop playing. Takes forever to load my recent Playlist. Very disappointed. Will be switching services soon if it continues to get worse. And I have an S6 so it's not a slow phone.

    Loved it Thinking of buying the premium version it's so great I love the fact I can look up a song and listen to that Pacific one I don't have to make a station like on Pandora or Iheart radio I just look it up and listen the adds on there rant even bad they don't have many well I love the app don't change it

    Nexus 4 lollipop bug fixed All metadata has been corrected and working great again. This is by far the best selection of music and sound quality bar none! Thanks for staying on the updates and getting this fixed.

    Not bad, not great As soon as you use all your down votes on a radio site, the next few songs will be terrible, seems like they want you to but premium. Can't overly complain as it has its moments and is free, great for riding or gym.

    Amazing Application This is an amazing product because there is nothing like it. You can download thousands of songs and listen to any song you want, ad free, for the small mounthly fee of $10. The features and music is limitless. You can even download music that was already on your computer into spotify, so if a song you want isn't on spotify, just download it from iTunes or whatever program or app you use and transfer it to spotify. You can also listen to stations based off artist or genres you like, just like pandora.

    Good, but can be better (also, when is the Running feature coming to Android!?) There is definitely some room for improvements on the UI and some simple tweaks for the convenience of the users would be great. However, when you make these adjustments, please be remindful of your user base and how and when they use Spotify app on their mobile (For example, I use the app on my smartphone mostly when I'm driving or working out at the gym). So maybe different theme or different UI layout for different styles of use of the app? Music app that adopts and plays music accordingly.
