    A friend of mine had a SERIOUS Issue with their RSS fields not producing when Logged off. It would happen every other night, for a week or two at a time. Overall it kept happening about 3 months. He wrote customer service relentlessly during this time. They kept ignoring him, or give false answers. It seemed to have stopped about a month ago. Until the other day, after the update happened. He would be level 25 by now. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have spent over $1000 on this game, I am starting to regret this.

    Takes forever to get a good general to compete against big spenders. Their general alone can kill my whole base. Meaning it is a pay to play app. The fighting mechanics doesnt really matter, because if you lose 50% you lose. No chance to turn a fight. It is completely out of your ands. The biggest spender with the best monarch gear wins.

    I have been playing since March and have had one issue... it was with chat was able to work around it and it was fixed with next update... for those whining about having to buy packs and yada yada... how do you think these guys get paid... they don't do this for free... I don't coin much have got power by hard work on my own... it's a war game... don't like it go play farmville...

    This games chat is broke on my phone. Won't let me link pictures. The game likes to pop game ads to buy thing right when you start it up. Which is annoying. Lots of lag to the point of unplayable during server wars. They keep saying they fixed or "fixing" it. Never got fixed. Don't spend your money on a game that only works right when nothing major or in my opinion fun is happening. I spent about $500 on this game and I've had a great time socializing and pillaging. But at the end of the day it would of been just as fun if I spent $0. I spent because I love the game. But they don't care about customers. They don't fix anything as far as I can tell it keeps getting worst.

    Players that spend alot of money on the game have a far greater advantage compared to players that dont.. this game should work on balancing that...

    Support team for the game sucks. Half the time they say their team will look into it. Are they tho? Just seems like a statement they make to get you to believe they are interested. Don't expect much help from glitches that happen in game.

    My rating would be 5 stars if their customer service wasnt as terrible as it is. I have purchased 4 different general lines and havent received a single general that was advertised. I keep getting the same generic response from the incompetent person Steve C in customer service who isnt even reading my complaint or know the package I am even talking about.

    My only complaint so far is if you try to fix a typo in chat on S8 it crashes. Not sure if it's the same on other devices but it's kind of annoying especially when your phone doesn't recognize ingame lingo.

    Older version is better.after updating the new 1.7.1.it getting slower.lag is getting worse. I suggest the older version....

    Completely screwed me over in svs. Been locked out of the game for an hour now. Stuck in enemy server. Lost ALL my troops. Wasted every speedup i had for nothing

    Customer support is worse than any online game I've ever played. They don't actually pay attention to your ticket so you'll often receive a response that has nothing to do with the problem you are trying to address. I don't recommend spending money on this game because cs just doesn't care. I even sent them screenshots proving that I lost 44 million resources due to a glitch and they compensated me with 500 gems. I sent multiple requests to reopen the ticket and sometimes wouldn't even receive a response before they closed it again. If you already play, do what I do and get as many free gems as possible throughout the week so you can still compete but without spending. Or just go play Final Fantasy XV. That's what I'm thinking about doing.

    Well when I first started playing two years ago they could have gotten 4 🌟 now I feel like they dun really deserve any !! Their Game Support is pretty much non existent and They ignore most of your replies and requests with issues your having with the game. When they do seem to bother to take time is too offer some small bone like your a puppy? 🤔😳 And are rude and disrespectful on occasion however this isn't all reps only a handful. I've repeatedly asked for help with an issue I've been having since I started the game , When it glitches I provide SS and a nice long report explaining what's happened, they will ignore ticket until the infamous message pops up .... We have not received a response from you so your Tickets has been closed!! WTH ... No one contacted me Even after I've made a point to contact them several times a Day during that two day stretch..... This has gone way beyond being tedious 😒 and not fun tbh and I'm really really tired 😲 of them not listening so maybe at least posting here I feel like some one anyone will hear my pleasure for assistance with my issues with my Acct since my repeat request to speak with a supervisor or management in Evony Support has been ignored and my tickets closed without Compensations or Questions answered without any response at all. So Evony I'd give ya zero stars if I could too reflect the help I've received from your support group.

    It's ok when it works I played Evony online for years then life took over so was happy to see an app, however same crappy coders behind it if you don't mind having to re-install the game constantly then you'll love unfortunately I have played 3 days and currently re-installing for the 8th time customer service slow to respond.

    This game is complete garbage. You have to spend money in order to do anything which I don't mind, but there are too many problems with it. The customer support is the worst I've ever seen. Even when it's proven to them that it was a glitch in the game, they are unwilling to help fix the situation. I have played this game for about a year and have seen this time and time again. I would recommend completely staying away from this app. You will be sorry if you decide to play it.

    Customer Server doesn't really care. They have helped me a little bit to resolve my problems but other then that. I've emailed game devs about problems and had no response. Google CS are unhelpful at times. Game in general is fantastic and I continue to play

    1) Do not buy a foreign account - if you get locked out, they will not help you unlock it. 2) if you have a problem with the gsme glitching- take it up with Google CS will nit do anything evef to make it right, (if you want your money back). I am tired of being taken advantage of by the developers, but maybe this update will be better....
