    I just downloaded the app and when I first opened it after a fresh download it said "brewing a new download" ... For what? I assume they are collecting your data disguised as some kind of update 🙃🤷🏾‍♂️

    This app is pure garbage, update downloads never work, always errors out, in the meantime, can't collect points.The coffee is pretty horrible to begin with, add in can't even collect points properly, no reason to go to Timmys

    Before I go any further, just wanna make it clear that I LOVE tims. The reason I'm giving it a 1 is because I downloaded the app for the roll up contest. What I don't get is the $20 skull prize. If it will cost you more to claim it at their website (after tax and shipping) than ordering the same item on amazon then this is not an actuall PRIZE that you win. Thought I won something decent for once. Oh well, better luck next time.

    Half the time this app doesn't work, it's a plain white screen waiting to load forever while you're sitting there waiting like an idiot. It's also annoying that you have to load each offer, the shoppers optimum app used to do that, why not just load the weekly offers to the app automatically so if you scan your card/app you qualify for them. It's annoying to select and add each one individually.

    I used to go to Tim Hortons everyday before they had the app I had the cards where they scan it every 7th coffee is free and then I tried inputting these cards it doesn't allow you to have more than one I had a few because I went often also had a promo code for a free coffee I entered it and it didn't work and I think you need more than seven coffees now to get a free coffee so they've increased the amount before you get an incentive. Roll up the rim wasn't working correctly I just received...

    Used this app all the time despite it being slow to load. Now I can't even open it, I just get a white screen. I ordered a coffee yesterday and spent so long trying to open the app, nothing. Very disappointed!

    You need to make the apps for tim Horton's more user friendly for people that don't use these things on their phones. I can't even get the app to download. Help!!!!!!!

    I made an online order then drove to the store and they didn't had the donuts I wanted. So I got my refund from that store. Then I made another online order and called the other store before driving all the way there. When I called they said that they don't have the donuts I ordered and the only way to get my refund is to drive to the store and get it. Who is going to pay for my gas and wasted time. If U don't have the donuts then tell us on the app or give us the option to cancel the order.

    Nothing but problems Has been over a week since I tried to open the app Keeps telling me that it is Brewing New Downloads I went to the info desk for help received message to say would get a response in 24-48 hours No response sent two more emails also uninstalled and reinstalled app 3 times. Nothing seems to be working I also have 2 rolls that I can not see

    Does not work on Andriod. I've uninstalled and try to reinstall with newest versions but I'm still getting a white blank screen. So far I've missed out on four coffee points. I've searched newsgroups and online help but cannot find anything that addresses this problem.

    Still not happy days I can use my offer multiple times and after 1 use it disappears especially when I still have 3 days left like seriously fix it like I enjoy the app but when it does this it becomes quite useless to me

    I like to see menus and nutrition value first, but the app only let you get location first, even my location was on.

    The app is horrible usually logs me out so I'd get to the drive though and have to attempt to log back in but than it needed an email confirmation so not worth the effort and just got an email all my points are expiring 👍 Most of the time can not log back in, I get my verification code, enter it , and get sent right back to the long in screen.

    I'm often told the app won't update fast enough when you change your reward selection, making it very hard to redeem the points. Also, the location tracker doesn't seem to work: I have the permissions set to Allowed when using the app, but everytime I try to use it, it prompts me to enable location services...

    Going ok. A little hard to use for me sometimes. Probably a couple dumb things but it doesn't ever have my location unless I go back to recents.. It is hard to go back, after ordering things sometimes I just shut it off and turn it back on and try to reorder.

    App is trash. As soon as i activated my offer. The app mysteriously stops working ended up paying full price at the drive thru. Bet it will recover after the offer expires. But I'm not waiting, deleting this trash. Wouldnt have stopped there if not for the deal either smh

    Its oddly convenient how this app always stops working when I get into tim hortons. So I end up paying full price for something that I could have got for 5 bucks and it's the only reason I went there.

    Usually works well, finding remote ordering glitches out at times. 2021 SEP 08 update - had to reinstall, was stuck on a while screen everytime I loaded.

    Used to work okay. They should take note from McDonald's; order, then "check in and pay" when you arrive at the restaurant. This app charges you right away, which increases the chance one may order from the wrong location or forget to pickup their order. This could have been intentional, not too sure. It is a good business practice, lol. What bothers me and makes this app useless is that the location doesn't work. I grant it location access, and it asks for it again. Toodles, Tim Hortons

    Probably the worst App I have ever used. It does connect to my phone location, it will charge your account and you won't be able to order and add to cart is just greyed out sometimes. Horrible app save your time and money and go to Macdonald's.
