    They only show the good reviews but never show the bad reviews. Cheap stuff from China that you usually end up paying to much for. eBay or wish is better with less junk that doesn't work .

    Just ordered my first item. I liked using the app ordering was very simple. For now I gave it 4* (stars) I will give it 5 stars after I receive my first item and see how it looks and hopefully I'll have no trouble using their return policy if I need it.

    Do not get this app It is a scam! If you bid on something for 1 dollar and win ..... The payment doesnt go through. And it kept my 1.00. I am going to the F B I to investigate this scam app.

    not bad could use some faster loading pictures on auction items After using this app for a week or two it gets repetitive because the sellers are offering the same things over and over every day. Also, there is almost always a troll out there raising the bids on everything while you bid.

    So far it is good but the main problem is the listed price that it says each item is worth is very misleading most items can be found for much cheaper than that price on Amazon, but you can still find good deals if you take the time to look and see what the items are actually worth and then bid accordingly.

    It's Wish on steroids. Basically, if you like the thrill of a fast paced auction, cool, it's for you. Otherwise you get the same knock offs on Wish cheaper. Like Wish, they make the deals very attractive when something is marked $3 when slashed from $588, but seriously, who on earth is trying to sell a sponge, a regular cleaning sponge for $588??? And selling in auction for a $3 starting bid?? Go to Dollar Tree! Jewelry is very pretty in the pictures, but obvious knock offs in person (again, just like Wish). And don't get me started on shipping costs. And just like I did with Wish, I am deleting this.

    Most of my stuff don't show up. When they do come, it's either broken, to small way to small. Or not what u ordered. It's pointless to return it. So I just give it away. BUT for some reason I come back. It's fun. Lol😁 But disappointed at the same time... Take ur risk is all.🤔🤔💯

    You get what you pay for or not. I never received product I ordered nor did I get a refund or any way to complain. Your response was a bigger insult. It's been over 6 months. It dud not break my bank but I will never use your services again.

    DO NOT USE THIS APP. the first few items I got were great but as soon as the messed up sellers screwed me over I could not get the guaranteed refunds unless I did their job and when I did they still would not assist me they told me that I purchased expedited shipping from a seller not them so I had to find out if it was shipped that way even though their link shows it was 7 days and I had no product. The seller didn't even ship the item until the 3rd day on a 3 day delivery. This is not the first time they screwed me but it will be the last. The first time there was an item I did not receive and after USPS verified the error on the site that said delivery was incorrect and put in by a postman in another state they still would not give me my money back THEY REZPONDED TO MY REVIEW AND I WILL POINT OUT THAT THEY ARE asking me to give proof but I think the fact that I do not have delivery in the express time is the proof. The link in their app to track says I do not have this package. THEY DID GIVE ME MY EXTRA DELIVERY FEE BACK THAT I PAID FOR EXPRESS BUT AFTER I FOUGHT WITH THEM OVER AND OVER. If this was the first time one of their sellers scrwed me I would have let it go but this is the 2nd time and I don't see any reason to give them a third chance.

    Easy to use app sometimes people bid on things a lot higher than they're worth. And they also don't research in it on what comes with the product so they're disappointed when they get it. I read about everything about a product first and I look it up on other websites for cost.

    I was kicked out of my account so to say. I cant get in to it I got 14 orders . And over a 100.00 I've spent I cant look at tracking I csnt cancel I cant get it st with my bank account. Customer service is a joke. Theres noone gonna get back with you. The phone # isnt there for customers . You have no bvb way of getting ahold of anyone. I am totally disappointed and dissatisfied with tophatters. What a sad company.and major let downs. Wheres my refunds you never gave me? Heard of BBB? You will!
