    Experimented with the cues. It will stack your music behind its own selection rather than others. Also doesn't refund/pause when the bar switches it off (i.e. for football) Don't bother paying, just speak to the bar manager to put a proper box in.

    This app didn't play but 1 of my picks. I actually picked play next still didn't play. I even put cash in it played 2 out of 5 songs picked.

    Because I did not play next, I did not hear my songs. Wasted almost $20. Was hoping to be able to cancel song purchase, but was not able to do so. Play next feature should be removed. Or cancel song feature added. If you use the app, use play next feature and pray. I do not recommend spending more than a dollar or two, as it's unlikely you'll even hear the songs.

    Does not display next two songs Does not allow cancelling of a pending play. Does not allow use of credits at any location. Does not display next two songs like iPhone.

    I have been using this app for 3 years, on my Android phones. I've never had a problem with it, have well over 2,000 plays and almost 500 check-ins. TouchTunes gives me 10 free credits a week, because of the check-ins at my establishment. When I accidentally bought credits at another bar, they immediately refunded them and gave me 10 credits on my phone, for my favorite bar and restaurant. Never have had a problem with it freezing or crashing.

    App glitches and plays songs more times then to clicked it to and then forces you to use your credits on the extra songs your never clicked on to play more then once.

    The app is great. The customer service is bad. Purchased credits which were not received and have been waiting in que for 5 days with no response.... I sent copy of error and purchase through paypal. Unacceptable considering you have my money and I have no credits.

    Support actually responded and helped me with the issues I had with the app. Otherwise, the app works well and has a nice interface. Apparently credits purchased through the app only work for whatever bar you get them at for some reason.

    It tells me that it is in pous Whin I pay to much for music it tells me that it is in pous and I put money for a place I never go to and now I want a refund or my money back fix the problems before I use it again if anyone is smart do not buy or download its a 100℅ rip off

    Never plays the songs I have picked I have tried this app twice and each time it says the song will be at a certain position in the cue, but will not play as promised. Do not down load. It takes your money and gives nothing in return.

    Touchtunes Worthless! The CCV and Expiry date are crossed. You can't enter in good credit info. Ergo app is crippled and useless. Pathetic amateur programming of the worst order. Did you idiots out source this or H1B it? Well you got what you paid for dumbasses!

    Some places have lots of filtered music and half the time the jukebox doesn't connect says it's not connected to internet so 50% of the time the app is useless

    Never played Played 8 songs in 3 hours that I was out and never once heard any of the songs that I paid for. And yes I was logged into the correct place this was a rip off and will never use again.

    is ok but requiring the use of location is stupid. if location is blocked by building or had or turned off 8 can't even load the app. dumb. needs a manual location input. credits only good for one venue, I understand this may be changing but again dumb. my main gripe is the location thing, I can't even use the app if gps signal can't be had. if not for those issues would give it 5 stars

    Not bad.. I use the app but my credits only work at the bar I purchased them at with there touch tune machine. Not a fan of that all. I don't want to have to keep buying credits at every bar. May end up uninstalling because if I'm in Missouri visiting family.. and then I come home to P.A. those credits are useless. Big upset here.
