While not overly feature rich, I like that I can use biometric security to protect access to my accounts.

Works well for me, I have not had any trouble with the app.

Great Bank, Great App I probably don't use this app to its fullest extent, but it works great for me, whether I'm checking balances, transferring, or paying bills, I can do it in a snap.

I really like this app. I been banking with umpqua for a couple years now and I love it.

I strongly recommend having an alcoholic beverage handy before you use this app. You're going to need it. The sole attraction for me was the mobile deposit feature. I tried to deposit five check. It crashed twice. It refused to deposit the check based on alleged problems with focus, endorsements or lighting six times. so after two checks I gave up in frustration

Your website needs help. I don't know how many times I've had to change my password....even when the password is automatically filled by password generator!!

It doesn't work! You do all the work & go through the whole process of signing up & then it says the app has stopped working. You don't know if your account has been signed off or what!!!

It's ok for what it does.

Mostly terrible. First the good: You can now take your own pictures in check deposit. Umm.. I'm having trouble thinking of anything else good about this update. I mean, they fixed one broken thing, then broke everything else. Which brings me to the bad: Takes forever to load. Button graphics not loading on certain pages. Transaction viewer absent/ statement viewer is garbage, Check deposit giving error that prevents usage. I am glad umpqua changed the check deposit system, I just wish the new one worked..

Will not login. Usually when you are looking at your bank its somewhat important. I do not have time for this.

App worked fine until a few months ago. Crashes non-stop. .especially when i try to deposit checks

Can't transfer funds Time after time when i try to do a transfer, it won't allow me to choose which account i want to money to go to. Getting sick of it. I like it better before the "up grade."

Pretty easy to use. When I can't get to the bank I use the mobile app for deposits and paying bills.

I used to be able to deposit checks by taking a photo. This option doesn't work anymore. It's been over a year and still not fixed. I have spoken with I.T. department and they don't know what's wrong. My internet is fast and I'm using a new phone.

Can't log in Wont call or text my phone for verification code.

Fingerprint does not work on Galaxy S5 running Android 6.0.1. Doesn't even give me the option to set it up, which makes sense as this is basically a skinned version of the mobile webpage. It's slow, not intuitive, and the check photo feature, while convenient, is hard to use, because there's no control over the camera focus so you end up having to take pictures at weird angles just to get the thing to focus. Honestly, they're a bank; surely they have enough money to hire a good developer or two to create a decent mobile app.

Glitchy. NOT USER FRIENDLY! Need to go back to the old app!

Pointless. The only thing this app does relatively well is track your accounts balance and transactions, but it can't even do that half the time. I frequently look at my balance and it will be incorrect or have previous transactions be the wrong amount or duplicates. depositing checks online makes no sense because it takes 1 to 2 business days to even get your money. Makes more sense to go in to the bank or cash it at walmart. Definitely deleting this thing and keeping track the old fashioned way. Much more reliable.

My Bank associate helped set this app up - I wasnt so trusting of online transactions but associate assured it is secure. I found the app works well for me as I trust Umpqua's advice.

Epic Update FAIL-getting better If I try to log in again it will lock my account. Now after all these bad reviews I see I am not alone. I might change my rating if you change your failure. Update- seems to be working a lot better and wow...taking your deposit pic instead of it auto snapping huge improvement.

Not pleased at all Before the app worked well, it was fast and reliable. Now its very slow, and crashes constantly. I prefer the old app

Useless I appreciate that they're doing two factor authentication, but when neither SMS nor email actually sends your code, it's fairly pointless and frustrating (much like pretty much all my dealings with Umpqua over the last few years)

Shame on Umpqua for not taking care of their customers needs seriously! In this day in age when so many of us do online banking, there is no excuse to have such a horrible app. They would be better off to not offer an app period, then to offer this one. Like other comments have mentioned, you have to uninstall and then reinstall the app anytime you need to check your accounts. Umpqua confirmed today that it is a known problem that is only impacting the Galaxy S phones. Fix it!!!

Won't even open anymore There haven't been updates available and it seems like no one is trying. The app won't even open anymore, the check deposit won't read properly and takes way too long to register in the account. I love umpqua. . . But this app is crap :/

Fix it please!!! It's always loading I have to uninstal and reinstal it daily in order to assess my account. So inconvenient...

Getting better but still lacking Sucks because crashes and mobile deposit take 2 days to post to account but better than old app.viewing cleared checks is better.

The app is worse than the previous one I am a business owner and am even more frustrated with this app, it takes for ever to load, isn't clear about deposits and debit and is more confusing to read. The last app nearly got me to leave, this new app for sure as made my decision to leave Umpqua bank!

The update hasn't made this app much better. Frankly, it's made the app much worse in its glitchiness. The check deposit feature has drastically declined in functionality as well, making the function practically unusable because the camera does not focus anymore. Very disappointed.

Updated Review: Well, I didn't think the app could get much worse than the previous version but the Check Deposit feature is still crippled. The old version had lots of problems but it did have the ability to use your phone's LED/flash to illuminate checks, the new version does not. Anyone who uses this feature knows that you have to get close enough to the check to take a picture that it casts the shadow of your phone and arm over the check. Without illumination ability you spend 10 minutes, or more, trying to find acceptable lighting and changing angles. The app still looks like it was designed by a toddler in the 90's. Sigh. --------------- Previous Review: Get it together, Umpqua. Fire your developers because they incapable of making an acceptable android app. The old one was was bad but this one does not work reliably ever. I have tried it on multiple devices so I am certain it is not a fault on my end. Constantly forces closes or restarts the app when I am trying to take photos of checks. I cannot get this app to work, it is maddening. If you don't fix it extremely soon I will leave your bank as I require the ability to deposit checks remotely. Its 2016, get with it Umpqua.

Hate it! This app sucks. I haven't been able to check my account for two weeks. Maybe I just need to leave this bank. The app won't load. I refuse to uninstall and then reinstall. I shouldn't have to.

Fix this app Umpqua! I can't believe how bad the reviews are for this app and still Umpqua does nothing to fix it! Says a lot about this bank. "World's Greatest Bank" my fanny! For days now when I try to open the app, it simply says "Loading, please wait..." My service is fine, too. It's the app that isn't working.
