App works pretty well. But I've told it to "remember" my phone three times now, and it keeps making me verify it. An extra step I'm not terribly fond of.

For years this app as well as the online banking has been utterly terrible. I am so sick of not being able to take care of things on my phone. Services are usually unavailable, I often encounter login issues which sometimes are due to system outages or errors with the app or website. Looking forward to switching to a bank that can handle their online support in the year 2018.

To start i had to buy a new phone just to run an app to check my account. The old app worked perfect and i fail to see the need for an upgrade? Since I'm limited on time i couldn't get a phone asap so now my account is all messed up. I rarely have time to stop at the bank. This is just one big blunder on veridians behalf in my mind. If it isn't broke don't fix it. Now they have my account mixed up with someone elses. This is insane! Update: After a fairly long drug out process i am back up and going with the app. I have no clue as to what was changed and why it was so much work to set up compared to the last app? What in the world does KK mean?

Putting a 1 star for now. The app has really stopped working properly. It takes minutes to load and get to the main screen. Very recent. Send to coincide withe your system upgrade. It messed the app up.

Ever since the last update I have to re-enter my password, even with biometrics turned on. I have "remember me" checked, and have said add to "trusted devices" list every time. While I appreciate the security, if my fingerprint isn't going to work, then remove it as an option.

What is the point of having fingerprint ID function for convenience if every other time it makes me come up with my username and password? As if we don't have enough of these to remember...

I love this credit union ! No kidding ! I'm usually treated really well and I really enjoy the mobile banking app This thing is pretty easy to use, and that's saying alot because I'm not one to say that about any app. For the most part I haven't been treated well by any phone, computer or app. I've never been able to get thru the self check without it stopping on me. I cant do anything successfully on computers. Anything.

This is usually a 5 star app but now it won't even load for me. When I open it I get a Veridian splash screen and then it crashes. I hope they fix whatever the issue is asap!

I had no issues before Veridian was closed for updates. Now my account is confusing and several transactions are posted twice. And it looks like an auto payment to another financial institution that has been in place for years did not go through on its due date.

Trying to log on for first time. Got temporary password and when I go back in, just a blank screen with green bar on top.

Loved the old app, it made banking so easy. The new app is hard to get into, and checks don't deposit.

Since the last update it has been taking forever to get in, it doesn't load up I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app. And than I works for a few times and then goes back to not loading it just shows up a white screen.

This app is exactly what I was hoping it would be. I love the availability to see all my accounts with one username and password. There are a lot of features through the app that make banking a lot easier. This app appears to have screen reading accessibility built-in for those who need it. Hope it gets even better over time.

Hate the upgrade. Can no longer deposit checks via mobile. Called customer service. Gave up waiting. Big disappointment. Just freezes up. Old app was better.

Was there a recent update as the app is stating error with every log in now?

Love the updated version of VCU but it would be better if the app show transactions IN REAL TIME everytime you use the card including ACHS like using your account to pay on cards or either postdating payments with bills otherwise i <3 Veridian customer for 2 yrs!!

I wish they had same day deposits like most other CU's and banks have, but their customer customer service is fantastic.

Convenient and never had a problem with this app.

The last update made it so the app only works half the time. Sometimes the includes pending isn't all that accurate (I've overdrawn about twice because the app told me I had sufficient funds ) Other than that, I love it! Being able to transfer money between accounts almost instantly is super convenient and it has so many features, I seem to discover a new one every week! 😊

Much improved over the old app. I love being able to login with my fingerprint. Much more functionality than before. Update 10/23/17: sometimes I get logged out, and when I go to log back in, I have to reenter a device name, and can't reuse previous names, so I'm now on Jay's phone 5.
