Summary 1. I use this app to control couple of heating lamps via smart plugs. 2. Sunrise/sunset setting worked. 3. Outdoor temperature dependent setting didn't work. I used this for couple of heating lamps. One lamp was set to turn on/off with sunrise/sunset. It worked. For the second one, I set it on/off based on temperature. It seems to work based on the outside temperature of the city that I select. I set threshold temperatures to turn on or off the lamps to maintain temperature. (I do not have a separate thermostat for these lamps.) This lamp didn't turn on when the temperature was a few degrees below the threshold based on weatherchannel. I thought it may depend on the temperature that 'My Home' tab shows. However that temperature was way off during that day and was below threshold anyway. Then, next day, the city temperature was above threshold on both weatherchannel and this app but the lamp turned on. So, be advised that this temperature triggered setting may not work for you.

The app REQUIRES you to enable location tracking in order to register a smart plug device? Please give me the _slightest_ reason you need to be able to track where my phone is in order to let me turn my lights on and off... HUGE overreach of information harvesting. Incredibly invasive and unacceptable.

Won't even let me register the app. keeps giving me an error message when I try to register my email address it says email format error. Unfortunately I cannot use the app or the bulb. Hoping amazon will remove this useless item

Complete garbage will not connect to device no matter what you do.

Much better than eFamilyCloud which has problems staying connected, this app always stays connected

Good app, does what it's supposed to. The widget definitely needs work though. There needs to be more size options for a start because a person with one light would still have to use a 4x1 widget with lots of blank space. There needs to be a 1x1 option at least. It would also be nice to be able to change scenes through the widget as well. The reason why the widget is so important is that the app takes too long to load - often more than 5 seconds on my Galaxy S6. It also doesn't stay in memory so if I do anything else, the app has to load again even if I haven't killed the process or done anything RAM-intensive.

Why did you change the timer functionality? Now the timer stops when you exit the App, it used to continue running before the latest update. Please change that. We need the timer to continue running even when we exit the App..

Good app. Like the setup and layout along with how helpful it is. Widgets don't work for me just says no devices even if they are set-up

Is there a list of devices this works on? Do far it works well.

Good works well but could do with more scenes like disco mode 😃

The hardware worked fine but the app ruined the experience trying to work with my Google home. I'm returning the smart outlet compatible device to the app back to Amazon and getting something better compatible.

The widget sucks.. It only allows to turn on or off the light.. Not Dim Or brighten the light, nor change the Colour for all this simple operation we need to go in the the app and it takes a good 3-4 seconds for the app to load past the app launch crappy splash screen

Schedule stopped working. All my 3 sockets must run on schedule and I was so frustrated when everything was messed up. My life stock could have died! Will return all 3 sockets.

Its a good app but I cant change the color for the scenes for the smart rgb light bulb. This was one of the reasons that I liked it but with the new firmware update, I am no longer able to chage the color. Please fix this.

I like this app, I like tuya system more than ewelink. Where can I find more tuya system smart home device? It is hard to find and most of it on internet not labeling which system it using.

Not getting connected with Google Assistant

The Countdown doesn't work anymore, so bummed. Used to work fine, loved the functionality. Not anymore. The count down, will not run when you don't have app open, and seems to loop and reset time you asked to count down. PLEASE fix ASAP

Cumbersome setup. Too much private info requested to turn a light on and off. Sticking w my analog timer and returning product.

The latest update has broken the timer. Please fix it! I'm using a OnePlus 6 with Android 8.1

I used this app before I changed broadband provider, now I can't connect the smart bulbs even with 2.4ghz WiFi I've tried all I could and now given up..

Incorrect and nonsense machine translated strings everywhere, and poorly localized date/time formats (what's the point of asking for location?). Poor ui design with small touch targets, unnecessary slow sliding animations between screens, too many clicks to get to things like wattmeter readings, etc. Takes over 100 million bytes of disk space! Now runs in background sending data to China. Basically malware.

Does not work at all and I know how to work these smart outlet plugs as i have other smart outlets that work just fine. I personally bought this and this is not a fake company or friend fake review, this is a real review, plus is worthless!

Okay. I have litedge outdoor plug. Everything works just fine. I did fine the sunset and sunrise timing setting in smart scenes. But I want my lights to turn on at sunsit and shut off at 11pm. I had to set this 2 different way. One I did smart schene setting on turn on at sunset. Then turn off setting I had to use normally. All the sitting should be all togther to make it user friendly like wemo or leviton apps.

Works good, however it keeps asking for my gps location. Mind your business. I dont trust this app

Has this stopped working with Alexa?

Placing this as 1* as I used to previously have the option under the starlight projector to rotate the night sky and now that option is no longer available in the configuration. Regardless of app version the configuration itself from the cloud doesn't have the option anymore, very disappointed and frustrated

Works fine as a Wi-Fi switch but timer function doesn't seem to work which is one of the reasons for buying it!!

Well bought these plugs and afterwards realised they don't support the 5g network my Alexa is on so now they are paperweights. Total waste of money

I switched to better internet and now none of my plugs work because I'm higher that 2.4- I bought ALL smart life plugs, not cheap, and now can't use any of them. UPDATE: In response to your reply. Yes! I know this, I know you can only accommodate 2.4- that's the problem 😠

Idiots littering cloud and my phone. They care 0 about reputation. No resposne from developers.

When I'm using a smart plug the UI is often wrong about the device's on/off state. This means I have to press the power button twice for the desired result.

App works well, but isn't compatible with Spanish Alexa (or I'm missing something) any hints on when I will be able to turn on my bulbs using Spanish language?

Never was even able to connect to the blubs or outlet, cost $60+.
