    customer service failed again at Walmart. Site to store is terrible. Have your items shipped to your house it's much easier even if it's tires.

    This barely works for photo orders. I've gotten the app to process only ONE photo order. It has cancelled the other 10-15 or so. Use CVS or Walgreen's for photo apps to print your pictures. Walmart App needs a LOT of work.

    Scanning problems I just got hyped to this a few weeks ago and it SEEMS pretty cool so far,I was told by a Walmart customer service worker its better to add their bucks to my bluebird because you get double back,but my bucks haven't doubled😕. Its cool I appreciate the refunds.🙌

    I have $118.00 in savings catcher but it won't load to my egift card so I can't use it. Customer service was no help!

    The main reason I'm giving this only 3* is because the last couple days I'm getting spam notifications about sales when I have those notifications turned off. I should only be getting notifications about things I ordered and pharmacy refills, but of course I want to hear about a diaper sale at 6am...

    Can't purchase more than 35 items at a time. Then I created my baby registry, kept checking to see if anything was purchased by looking at the "gifts purchased" tab and it kept saying "0" only to scroll through my registry to see gifts were already purchased. It also doesn't show me who purchase the gifts. I had to learn that I can see that info only by using my computer. It will be helpful for the app to have the same features as using the browser otherwise it's not much help having it.

    App was working great when I first downloaded it, now it takes forever to scan items and most of the time a message pops up saying oops having temporary issues. Please get these problems fixed if, im not ready to delete the app. Just a waist of storage my phone.

    The price checker is nice and the savings checker is great, just in a month I've already gotten almost $10 back, pluse the app works way faster then their internet site

    I have gotten alot from the savings catcher the thing is you need to know what is on sale at other stores to know what to buy and they will refund the difference this is how the savings catcher works...look at your local ads and buy the brands from Walmart and enter your receipt i have gotten $100.00 back from Walmart since last year

    Great app This app is great!! Walmart always had three best deals, but hated the thought of having to go to the store. Already crowded, rude people, note enough cashier's to check people out so you have to stands in the long lines due to greedy Walmart not wanting to put out there little extra money fort more cashier's as if Walmart doubty haber there money to pay fort the extra cashier's LOL. Now I don't have to worry about all that just to save, I just go on my app, delivered to my home, done!! Awesome!!!

    Search function works sporadically, especially when you are trying to find in-store prices/stock. Also, app has obnoxious advertising notification spam with sound and vibration. The app's setting to disable event notifications doesn't work. I turned off promo notifications in the app, but it still bothers me with advertisement notifications.

    Walmart please fix this all! I've been using it for a couple years now but for some reason Walmart won't let you search when you use your phone sideways. Please fix the app to where the screen will rotate on the startup screen. It's highly annoying . I don't hold my phone upright! I use it sideways! Please make a screen rotation!

    No Complaints I have no issues with this website, it seems to catch all the price differences between Wal-Mart & local grocery stores so that saves me the bother of bringing the ads with me. The receipt scanner either doesn't work or I did it incorrectly, whatever it is, I have always manually entered the receipts & do not consider this a hardship :-)

    I use this app to see if they have something no one else does and I really enjoy the fact that they will give me the difference back if another store has it cheaper. It's a win win for me!

    There's a few issues here and there with the savings catcher and the pharmacy part. But in time I think it'll get better.

    The new app is good it keep your uploaded recipts. Although, all of a sudden it won't let me upload says"check your internet connection. That happens with or without wifi enabled. I hope the fix it quick, so I can upload. Also they should let you put as many as you want. I spend a lot at walmart several times a week.

    I've used this app for years. However recently I have tried to use the one-hour photo and it keeps failing. An I have retried atleat six times. So I looked to see if I needed to update an nope. So what's up. If this can be fixed I guess I will just have to delete an start using office depot to print my photos.

    All of a sudden Wal-Mart prices always win! There many things I've gotten from Wal-Mart and another store had it cheaper! These people aren't doing their job or this app isn't doing the job rught! We should be able to get the total/balance without purchasing items...

    The pay portion is fine, but their so called savings catcher missed some sales. I know for a fact they missed then but I went with Wal-Mart anyway because of the savings catcher. I won't make that mistake again, ever.

    Disappointed ordering photos didn't work. The only reason I installed this app was to order prints of photos on my Google Pixel. When that didn't work I promptly installed the Walgreens app instead. It worked.

    Not too bad.... Nice.. I'm a 50 something with a new Android phn and I downloaded the Walmart app. Just realizing I can better scan the QR Code, below the bar code on my receipt. If you scan the bar code, you have to choose the date for the receipt. If you scan the little square QR Code, below the bar code, it Just takes it. Wonderful ! IV gotten back 11 bucks since June, this year ! Now to see how the e-gift card works ! Love getting money back. And this is so easy to scan receipts.

    App is SLOOOOW. Unreasonably slow to load or perform any operation. To get into Walmart pay, type in pin, scan qr code, all with general slow operation takes twice as long as paying with debit card. Walmart pay also has backend techical problems at a non-trivial frequency that forves you to use another payment method. Enough so that I recommend avoiding it altogether

    The 1 hour photo option does not work!! I have tried it 4 different times and every time it uploads all of the photos but will not process the order. I am beyond annoyed because I hate going into the store because there is never anyone in the photo lab! $
