    I love this app! Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because I can not get into my account, log in and it days a verification code has been txtd to me and I receive nothing. Sent customer support an email regarding this issue, no response. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Cool idea, app rarely work. Constantly just shows a plain background or a holder background. Rarely do I ever get the live stream video and/or audio. Kind of kills the entire experience. It's not my connection either, does it on 4G, my house, my friend's house, and work. Android phone FYI.

    Overall I enjoy this app and use it often, when I first started it was chaos with the update causing random crashing and bids not going through. Now from this new update everything has been fixed for me and the app runs very smooth and I have no issues with my bids going through.

    Unregulated illegal gambling. Breaks through this app are pure gambling and they allow children or anyone who pretends they're over 13 to gamble on this site.

    Content that I want to see loads correctly only 1 out of every 10 tries. For purchases, especially when it was a first time, would've been nice to not interrupt the bid itself to put in payment info. Either require it while setting up the account or after a first purchase but during a live auction is stupid.

    I had a horrible experience with what not not only have I been going back and forth for over a month with emails that go nowhere in response about getting my money back due to there sellers expressing that my order would arrive by a very important specific date and failed to do so by over a week so I would like to return the product and get my 500 dollars back but 2 people have emailed me very unprofessional asking for information they know I could not provide and now just stop responding. 🤬😡

    What a joke! Turning down people to access the live portions with outstanding credentials and years of experience is a shame. Pushing the "get us this many downloads and we'll reconsider " or "get on IG and act like a clown and we'll reconsider" is BS as well. People stay away! Far away for this clown show!

    From my experience stay away from this app. There are so many issues it's not worth your time and money. Seller can accept your offer and payment and just sit without shipping shipping product. There is no way to message or contact the seller to cancel through them despite the app saying you can. This forces you to reach out to customer service. So far haven't heard anything. At this rate I just want my money back.

    My account was hacked and $400 was stolen. Someone changed my PayPal email and then they withdrew my money twice before I realized what had happened. Hoping the Whatnot support can help me .

    Want to like this app but it NEVER works. I can see the comments but can't hear anything or see what's being auctioned. I've closed and reopened the app, I've uninstalled and reinstalled countless times. I give up...

    Overall app is a good use to purchase pops if the seller is active, but there's no way to contact seller if order hasn't shipped, support is also not very helpful. I tried getting in contact with them and little to no help was given

    DO NOT VIEW LIVE SALES UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN! The app glitched while I was attempting to view a live sale. I could need see the stream and when I was attempting to ask the chat how to see the video the app claimed I bid on a pop for $55 and immediately took $64 out of my account. This app stole my money account and hasn't given it back yet. I could really use that money back.

    An exciting app , some great breakers , entertaining but i personal have lil issues wit the app 1. Lately il go into a feed and cant hear or see anything .. i exit app then come back .. i can hear still cant see finally do it sgain everthings working right 2. If im in one stream i cant leave a stream and go into a different stream i have to exit the app then come back .. the app still amazing .. aint nothing like it & yes addicting even when ur not buying anything. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING.

    This app is horrible all around especially for Action figures and toy related merchandise. just go to MERCARI and buy there... its way cheaper and customer service is on point . Also alot bigger of selection there as well .
