    great app/platform, really enjoy the sellers. my only gripe is the location of the bid/buy button, it lines up too close the phone's software menu buttons at the bottom, too easy to accidentally bid.

    Sellers and buyers are awesome. Joined a great community on here. The app on the other hand always forces me to delete it and reinstall it whenever there's an update rather than just installing updates

    This app should have eBay style auctions. I really don't want to see the buyer's face. I really don't want to hear the buyer's voice. I just want to search my product and buy it or bid.

    They are now allowing people to scam you and getting away with it. This company needs to not allow this but after complaining they are letting it happen

    I love this app! Only reason I'm giving it a 4 is because I can not get into my account, log in and it days a verification code has been txtd to me and I receive nothing. Sent customer support an email regarding this issue, no response. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

    Cool idea, app rarely work. Constantly just shows a plain background or a holder background. Rarely do I ever get the live stream video and/or audio. Kind of kills the entire experience. It's not my connection either, does it on 4G, my house, my friend's house, and work. Android phone FYI.

    Its iffy. More like a gamble simce most items seemed to be a raffle or a game of chance. Second they way over charge for shipping. I work for the post office as a clerk and know for a fact shiping small item under 3 oz for first class is not 4 dollars but is 1.80.

    A lot of problems. Goes black while shopping. Right now I can't log in. I'm sure there are thousands of people on this site. So I can understand some difficulties. But there are quite a few. Other than that it's fun. I enjoy it. I wish there were categories in tools, all types. And hair accessories. And women's modern today shoe's. I don't want to see a company like Macy's coming in I hope Whatnot doesn't allow this to happen. Thank You, Sherri Birkland

    BEWARE OF FAKES!!! WhatNot does not have a return policy and they "authenticate" in-house. You have to trust them to authenticate items from sellers they approved to sell on their app. Whatnot nor their sellers give a 100% guarantee. Also, racism, harassment, & bullying is pervasive. If all that's not enough to turn you off, the app is glitchy af. Inability to see or bid on auctions, payment fails, crashing & freezing constantly.

    Cannot bid on anything, can't enter giveaways, and can't chat for over a week. Emailed support and answered all the questions regarding version of app, software version on phone, and a screen recording of what error was showing when trying to bid. Support told me they were passing it up the ladder cause they didn't know what to do. That was a week ago and counting. So much for the support the community they claim. Once I can delete my account I will uninstall. Can't wait for Ebay.

    I had to update my review. The app on Android is really really bad. The phone overheats and the app doesn't let me stay in. I run shows on Android and cannot run a full show without restarting the app every 30 minutes. While iPhone users get updates and new features the Android users are second class and tier and a few that I heard from have the same problems as I. I don't even necessarily want the new features but it would be great if the app worked correctly on Android.

    DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! Whatnot lies and steals from you! After making Whatnot over $15,000 in only 5 months, meaning I sold over $175,000 worth of stuff, big Influencers didn't like that I was selling for cheap and taking business away from them. So they conspired with Whatnot to make up lies to ban me. Luckily, I have evidence proving their lies and already have my attorney working on a case. If anyone else has been done wrong, please reach out and we can form a class action. Thanks

    love how it's real individuals and not some pictures with a bio it's more interesting and fun when it's live and it make the items easier to look at and see them rather then one some to less of photos with no info then it's like the guessing game and hoping you get what you payed

    Overall I enjoy this app and use it often, when I first started it was chaos with the update causing random crashing and bids not going through. Now from this new update everything has been fixed for me and the app runs very smooth and I have no issues with my bids going through.

    Unregulated illegal gambling. Breaks through this app are pure gambling and they allow children or anyone who pretends they're over 13 to gamble on this site.

    Content that I want to see loads correctly only 1 out of every 10 tries. For purchases, especially when it was a first time, would've been nice to not interrupt the bid itself to put in payment info. Either require it while setting up the account or after a first purchase but during a live auction is stupid.

    I had a horrible experience with what not not only have I been going back and forth for over a month with emails that go nowhere in response about getting my money back due to there sellers expressing that my order would arrive by a very important specific date and failed to do so by over a week so I would like to return the product and get my 500 dollars back but 2 people have emailed me very unprofessional asking for information they know I could not provide and now just stop responding. 🤬😡

    What a joke! Turning down people to access the live portions with outstanding credentials and years of experience is a shame. Pushing the "get us this many downloads and we'll reconsider " or "get on IG and act like a clown and we'll reconsider" is BS as well. People stay away! Far away for this clown show!
