    New mobile app This is just ridiculous they should have just left it alone!!!!!!! Why mess up a good thing.. now I can't get to my information......can't get the authenticator app to work!!!!! Ugh!!!!!

    Don't like the update. Takes too long to get an authorization code. Haven't been able to check my balance. Why fix it if it wasn't broke.

    More secure I didn't like this update at first, but now I do. I have an authorization code sent to my Gmail account and boom>>>I'm on. Now I was pissed at first, because like anyone else I don't like surprise changes. Yet it's really not that bad.

    Love the design, DESPISE THE ACCESS CODE Seriously, this is the stupidest idea ever!!! An access code EVERY LOGIN? What are you sniffing?!!! This sucks... I think am uninstalling it... useless junk!

    Garbage Updates with no prior notification. Locks you out of your online access. Even authenticator doesn't give proper codes to open account

    I don't like the code request EVERY time I log in. I understand occasionally or on new devices but, not on the same device ALL the time. Fix that and I'll change my rating.

    Bad Update The app was great until this recent update and now every time I want to log in I have to wait for a code sent to my email. It makes things so slow and frustrating and hard to look at my bank account. The new layout makes things even more difficult even though it had a newer look to it but I wish I could just you know, log in or get the old app.

    Update sucks This new uodste sucks. I cant log in keeps giving me an error. I might just swap banks bc there are way to many problems, especially with there only been 1 bank here unlike other bsnks. Such a hassle

    Update The previous version was much better. The information on the screen with the new update overlaps and is sometimes not readable. It would be nice to be able to edit payment (not just cancel or schedule). Would also like to manage payees. Please fix new update and consider suggestions.

    Hate this new update.. i can't just log on anymore, have to wait for a code to be sent to my email. Very inconvenient, considering switching banks, i do all of my banking online... Extremely annoyed.

    The update had ruined the app Please consider reverting to the prior version! It's difficult to login, and more importantly, the views are distorted so that transaction list is garbled and dates are cut off. I can't even see the needed information. The old app was very user friendly, but the new version is definitely not.

    Loved the app until this update. Loved the app until this update. Now, I try to log in, says they sent a one time code to enter to my email. No code has ever been sent and now I am unable to use the app!!! Y'all need to fix this. I need to be able to transfer money between accounts. Not happy. Fix this ASAP! I'm really aggravated that I'm unable to log in to my account.

    Update garbage If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would. Not only did it delete the original app and update so my icons are all screwed up. Now I have to open up the stupid authenticator app every single time I want to look at my balance. Wth it resets the code so fast it almost impossible to log in. Way to make a perfectly fine app the worst app I have ever seen in my life. Who ever did this should be fired.

    Why woodforeast break the app? Why did you break what was never broken? You could have made the "needing a code to get into your bank" as a option but not mandatory. I would like you to please put back the old version and start again don't try to fix things that will never broken to begin with.

    Update is HORRIBLE! Update is hard to read and a new code everytime I login is a waste of time. Old version was simple and easy to read. Im thinking about changing credit unions. Im pissed!

    This update makes it nearly unusable... It's like no one even tests anything out before they put out a product. Go back to the old version it was soooo simple.

    Horrible! I rely on the app to keep my account balanced and to take quick glances at my balance. I hate the overlap and can not find things quickly. This new version in very inconvenient!!!

    Credit not showing now! Used my card as credit at gas station, use 2 show up immediately but now 2 days later still not showing on account! I HATE THIS UPDATE! Have same issues as everyone else about the security code log in verifications, it states one time verification but it's a lie, you have to put code in every single time, then if your lucky you get a code. Had to unistall then re-install just to get the code to find out the credit still didn't show -_- woodforest needs 2 put old app back ASAP!

    Says its not installed on phone I installed but when I go to app on my home page says its not installed this new up date sucks wish I could just go to the old one and not updated it

    Hate the update! The verification codes are not needed and makes me not even want to use the app. The new layout looks outdated and unattractive. The old layout was much better. Very unhappy with this update. Wish I could revert back to previous version because it was great!

    Hate!!! I have read the same issues, have to have a new code every time, ridiculous. This is a inconvenience. Should have left well enough alone. I don't need the app... I can just go on line.

    change layout The old layout was easier to read easier on the eyes the white background hard to read not easy put the green background back the old app was much easier to navigate much easier to see much easier to read this new layout difficult. plus you moved stuff all over the place just don't like it not good on the eyes .....for someone who uses this app regularly several times a day .... to run their business and their personal life it's Not a nice layout please put the old layout back . thank you

    Nice Update The app has always been very useful and efficient but the security code at each log in can get pretty annoying. Other than that the new update looks great!

    JUNK Update latest can't make head's or tale's out of my deposits. My cleared items pending item's nothing can't see where my transactions were made or on what dates they were made.Worst banking app I've ever seen or tried to use, the old version was 1 MILLION% better than the latest version scrap it and go back to the version that made perfect sense was easy to use and understand. With this new app I have a real bad feeling that I'm A.going to be overdrawn . Or B.I won't be able to tell if the bank is in error

    Hate it Looks better in the app store then actual use. My eyesight isn't the best the other one I was able to use large front this way you can not. This one sucks.

    Asked for a code Keeps asking me for a code that it supposedly sent to my email, but I never get the code. Not once in the 10 times I've tried has it sent anything!!
