Betalnigsfunktion laggar När jag försöker betala för varorna blir jag omredigerad till PayPal och det går inte längre välja bankkortet som betalningssätt. Dvs det går inte ändra någonting i sektionen "betalningssätt" öht.

Often the app would set the default search to womenswear even though I selected mens in my profile. Also it reminds me there is something in my shopping basket when it is empty. Sometimes I click on a product and another one opens up. Apart from that Im satisfied with it

Addictive App works really well and I usually don't say this about any app. Smooth and doesn't crash and some of the features it has are really nice. I'm a bit addicted to this app now, buying stuff on the go.

Hope these requested permissions are a joke I uninstalled the app. I tried to order something but without letting zalando know who exactly your friends are and what you do besides online shopping you are not allowed to order. Da yourself a favor and have a look at the permissions....

Does not work unless you give it permissions to control everything, like camera, calendar, contacts, body sensors...(wtf!). I cannot see the point of giving all that to a shopping app.

Very low quality with no straightforward Customer Service channels Purchased a white Levi's belt. Didn't last a month before it became an eyesore - with most of its skin ripped off! Very disappointing product. Very disappointing experience.

Well done Nice customer service . the best shopping app i used . BUT MOST WANTED SIZES NOT AVAILABLE ( MEN FOOTWEAR 9 AND CLOTHING 32 AND XL AND L ) so i am starting to get bored from it . I even stopped shopping . And by the time they got sizes the price go UP .

Easy shopping experience Lots of pages to browse; it would to be able to bookmark pages to return to. It be really helpful if you could return things without having to go to the returns website. Also would help if your customer service number was more prominent.
