    Enjoying the ease of taking payments ... securely and fast connection is brill.. my clients Are loving it. Only downside for me so far is that payments take 3 days to enter your account and being a new business means I can't access my cash immediately. I am really pleased though with the ease of the ap.     Crash! When pairing is created with the iZettle Pro the Android system bluetooth settings starts crashing when trying to access it. If pairing is undone from the iZettle app then the bluetooth settings panel starts working again.

    Service just OK! Card reader broke asked for replacement and got like for like. Asked if I could upgrade to contactless one. They are now differing as all they want is our money.

    Faulty It's not working trying to put in manual payment and it says I have a card inserted? I have no card reader. Won't let me manually insert card details. Very upsetting as I depend on it for my business

    Ive just been asked to update software. After downloading and opening up we try to take card payment but asks for all the information to be inserted again. Then it says the company is already registered and i cant contact anyone until the weekday.

    Many bugs I had it for about a year. The card reader doesn't always connect right away and by the time it does your customers have moved on and right now not able to switch between 6 and 21% sales tax which is a major setback. It's not possible to use it outside your own country. They weren't willing to replace the defective card reader. Not very helpful at all

    One of the greatest inventions for small businesses! My IZettle has meant I never have to lose a sale at shows any more. The app can be a little temperamental sometimes but, overall I think it is a fantastic product and I recommend it to anyone who needs to take card payments for their business.

    Had it and the reader for a dew weeks now and had no problem at all. If i had to say one negative it would be it takes a few days to get the money into my bank but other then that is great.

    Could be a lot better. Items and payment work, however the discount tiles do not. This is a major issue at events where people come with different vouchers and codes. Discount tiles are available and working on iOS, so why not add them to android?

    Not easy to connect bluetooth in some times and needs a few minutes to connect with the phone, the app keeps update time to time too often! Realy rubbishes the card reader and the app!

    I was using PayPal here. What I would like to know is if you are going to up grade Zettel so I can do invoicing? Zettel rate is so high I will have to pass it on to the customer or at least 1/2 but there isn't a way to add a % to the bill I have to use my calculator to figure out how much to add to the total, there is a discount % but know way to add a % of the total. Sure hope you guys are working on this app or I may have to go elsewhere

    Reliable and usually straightforward for taking payments. Occasional hiccup with Bluetooth between card reader and phone, but otherwise is an absolute life saver for a small business.
